Ali Jr. is a great student:
- Member of the National Honors Society.

- Elected to the Youth Advisory Committee for the City of Portage.
- Participated in DECA.
- Competes in coding competitions with teams from KAMSC.
- Attends the highly selective KAMSC (Kalamazoo Mathematics and Science Center).
- Belongs to and participates in several school clubs such as the Anime Club.

- Coding competition at Miami University of Ohio in April, 2015.
Ali Jr. is an accomplished athlete:
- Has participated and has Varsity Letters in Football, Lacrosse, Powerlifting, and Band.

- Invited to NUC(National Underclassmen Combines) including the top 100 Juniors Combine in Hamilton, OH on March 28, 2015.
- Qualified as a finalist for the State Powerlifting Competition in 2015.
- Honorable Mention All Conference during 2014 Football Season.
- Plays FB, TE, DE, and LB in football.
- In Lacrosse, Ali Jr. plays Defense and Long Pole Middie.
